Heute mit der 7.Klasse des Bundesgymnasium Bregenz

Ein Europa mit radikal minimiertem Ressourcenverbrauch – gestalte es mit!
Es gibt keinen Plan B für unsere Erde, wir haben nur die eine. Mit unserer derzeitigen Lebensweise in Europa verbrauchen wir viel zu viele Ressourcen und zerstören das Klima. Wie können wir radikal anders denken und handeln, um sauberes Wasser für alle auf unserem Planeten und fairen/minimierten Ressourcenverbrauch über die Kontinente hinweg zu sichern? Wie würden dann nachhaltige Städte und Gemeinden in Europa aussehen? Baue und gestalte Prototypen mit!

Ziel: Zukunftsideen als analoge (als Mood Board und mit verschiedenen Prototyping-Materialien) und digitale Prototypen (Mock ups etc.) in Teams gestalten. So entsteht ein Zukunftsbild für ein lebenswertes Europa für alle – mit radikal minimiertem Ressourcenverbrauch.

Was sind die nächsten Organisationen?

Wie entwickeln Organisationen Sensibilität für ihr Inneres und die Außenwelt? Wie treten sie als Orte in einen fruchtbaren Austausch mit anderen Organisationen und der Gesellschaft, um diese sinnvoll mitzugestalten? Wie entwickeln sich unternehmerische Ökosysteme und wie organisiert man sich in diesen?

Im Rahmen eines abendlichen Auftakts in den städtischen "New Work"-Hallen von Design Offices, ein Beispiel zukünftiger Arbeitswelten, tauchen wir ein in den Metalog, wie neue Organisationen "New Work" wirklich verwirklichen.
Klassisch-unkonventionell bewegt sich dieser am zweiten Tag in den kreativ-sinnesintensiven Sphären des Schloss Freudenberg weiter. An einem Ort, an dem das Leben – und somit auch das Leben innerhalb von Organisationen – in der Verbindung von Kunst und Natur spürbar und erfahrbar wird, werden Sinneserfahrungen und Impulse die Beschäftigung mit zukunftsweisenden Organisationen vertiefen.

Co-Creation: Strukturen von gestern schaffen keine Lösungen für morgen

Eines ist sicher: Die Herausforderungen der Gegenwart und Zukunft lassen sich nur gemeinsam lösen, sind die Themen doch viel zu komplex, als dass man sie allein bewältigen könnte. Egal in welchem Bereich, Kollaboration, Co-Creation und Open Innovation gehört die Zukunft.

Dies bedeutet, Grenzen zu überschreiten. Über Branchen, Institutionen und Generationen hinweg. Und das enorme Potenzial der verschiedenen Perspektiven, der unterschiedlichen Qualifikationen und kulturellen Hintergründe zu nützen. Dass es nicht einfach ist, diese Grenzen zu überwinden, liegt auf der Hand, denn gerade große Organisationen sind eher darauf ausgerichtet, ihr eigenes Süppchen zu kochen und Bestehendes zu erhalten.
Raus aus dem stillen Kämmerlein
Disruptive Geschäftsmodelle und wirklich Neues entstehen jedoch nur, wenn unterschiedliche Ansichten, Visionen und Kulturen aufeinandertreffen und sich verbinden. In Vorarlberg startete vor gut einem Jahr mit der PlattformV ein innovatives Netzwerk, bei dem sich mehrere Unternehmen und Institutionen zusammenfinden. Ziel der Community: sich untereinander zu vernetzen, Wissen zu teilen und Ideen und Lösungen gemeinsam zu entwickeln.
